What information is needed to register?

You have to complete the sign-up form in order to create a Player Account. The minimum information we need to do this is:

• A vaild email address
• Your full name and surname
• Your address, including postnumber and country
• Your date of birth and gender

To complete the form you must also select a Nickname (so that you can remain anonymous on our site) and a password. Remember to choose a password that cannot easliy be guessed by someone else, but that is easy enough for you to remember. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.

Once you have completed the form, we will send you an automatic email with a link confirming the opening of your Player Account. You have to log in using this link to confirm your email address before you can start depositing money and playing our games.

Why do I need to be authenticated?

You need to be authenticated because we must be sure we can contact you whenever you win.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

If you have forgotten your password click the "Forgot your password?" link on the Sign in page or the sign in box at the top of the page. Enter your user name and an e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address. Follow the link given in the e-mail, and you will be prompted with your hint question. After you have answered the hint question correctly, you will be asked to enter a new password.

Do I use my nickname to sign in?

No, you will use your e-mail address to sign in. The nickname will be visible to the other players, but will not be used for authentication.

What can I do once I'm signed in?

You can monitor your tickets, financial statistics, and other information from the Account page.
