Any physical person over the age of 18 can register as a player at playOTTO.com. Each player is personally responsible for adhering to all applicable local legislation and rules as set out by national or local authorities from time to time. The player is responsible for all information submitted being correct when registering, and for maintaining correct registration information over time. Changes in the player's name must be submitted to playOTTO support. OTTO maintains all rights to cancel registration at any time for any or no reason. In the case of any such cancellation, the funds on the account shall be transferred to the most recent credit card or bank account that the player has registered with playOTTO.com.
